Everyday I'm responsible for promoting awareness of the technology behind our products, whether this be towards our customers or store teams. As well as this, I provide the support that our customers need to ensure their technology keeps on being that essential tool in their daily activities. I also lead a team of Gurus that inspire and educate every person that they come into contact with and demonstrate that technology really is for everybody. The one part of my role that I really enjoy is having the influence over a customer's technology journey. Every customer really does leave with a better understanding than before they came for a visit.
As a sales consultant in Telenomics I strive to ensure the customer experience I give in store is unrivalled on the high street, I always take time to fully understand my customer's needs and ensure I help them find the right solution to their problems whether it be through the advice I give or the products I recommend, I’m always keeping myself up to date on the latest tech through my own research and also with the training I receive from my Guru and managers.
As store manager it is my responsibility to ensure the store is run smoothly and our staff members have the tools and skill sets they need to give the customer an exceptional experience whenever they visit the store. I ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the store at all times and refreshments are available for our customers. Having an overall understanding of the store from a sales, marketing, finance, operations and personnel aspect makes every day exciting. Also, getting out of the store and engaging with the local community through regular events and activites as it is vitally important that our community knows we are there to support them.
