I’m working very closely on the Sales & Commercial strategy, Finance, Marketing and People strategy – pretty much everything!
Being successful in the telecommunications industry and working with such amazing people along the way is what gives me much pleasure. I’ve worked in Retail for 10+ years and have run my own businesses since the age of 15.
I mainly head strategy, networking with senior members of O2 to identify opportunities for growth, overseeing the financials and generally asking the difficult questions. I feel that the type of people at Telenomics are different from other business. I find them passionate, ambitious, smart, with a ‘can do’ attitude, and team players. I have lots of experience growing businesses. Some we’ve sold, some we’re growing like Telenomics and some that didn’t quite work out (but that’s good too).
I tend to be the new business development lead. I enjoy how agile Telenomics is despite representing such a large brand. Telenomics takes a proactive approach to its customers – first wanting to understand their needs and then enlightening them with how technology can empower them. I get my energy from creating new business opportunities. I want us to be the best we can.
As the Head of Operations and Compliance I protect the business profitability and oversee all operational aspects of the business. I have 20 years retail experience, starting at Dixons and later at Phones 4u as regional operations manager. I joined Telenomics because it is a young exciting company with ambitions to grow and be the best in the marketplace. Every day is a new challenge and I work with passionate people who want to make the company a success at all levels.
As Head of Marketing I strive on the innovative, creative and dynamic style of the company. I oversee all the marketing activity and look at all challenges as an opportunity.
I have nearly 10 years experience in various marketing roles including working at Merlin Entertainments where I worked on both acquisition and retention for their loyalty program. When joining Telenomics in 2016 I instantly saw the passion, desire and commitment from each and every colleague.
As Head of People my job is ensuring all our stores and their staff have everything they need to deliver excellent customer experience.
This starts at the recruitment stage, making sure we get the right people for our vacancies through to ensuring everyone has the right training and development plans.
An highly energetic and creative Area Training Manager with 13 years’ experience in mobile sales and have developed and mastered the skills required to inspire and build teams to achieve measurable results.
